Her expertise includes stakeholder engagement, risk mapping, materiality assessments, and social impact assessments. She also designed the Happiness @ Work Award framework to promote employee engagement and well-being. Formerly with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, she led sustainability programs for businesses. A recognized author and speaker, Vineetha is committed to advancing responsible business practices and creating measurable impact through sustainability innovation and strategic advisory.

A senior Marketing and Adtech leader with over 25 years of experience across India, the Middle East, Africa, CIS, and Nepal. He brings a proven track record in strategic marketing, brand building, and campaign management across B2B and B2C segments. His sector expertise spans telecom, electronics, IT, and retail, with leadership roles in marketing, distribution, and advertising agencies. In MEA, he has driven business and marketing initiatives for Tier-1 global mobile brands and leading corporates. Early engagement in government-recognized, student-led social programs laid the foundation for his long-standing involvement in CSR-focused client initiatives since 1995.

Project WADI is a solar water disinfection project using WADI devices for 30,185 families in Jhabua, Khandwa and Barwani districts of Madhya Pradesh, India. The project is being implemented in partnership with Caritas India, a global non-profit active in the region working on water, health and livelihood areas with the local communities.
